Hi Everyone! What a wonderful release Gina K. Designs had! Today I am share two card made with the New Forever Flowers Card Kit. Here is a look at the kit and the New Incentive set Watt’s Up!
I am going to have to order so I can get the cool incentive. It is free with a $75.00 purchase.
For my cards, I used Copic Markers to color the first one and I did a little ink smooshing on a ink block to get the background of the second card.
First card made with Forever Flowers stamp set from the kit
Here are the items used:
My second card I used the Laced Flowers set from the kit and just randomly smooshed the different colors of ink on my block and spritzed with water. Flipped it over and placed in the center of the watercolor paper panel. let it dry and stamped around it and added the die cut Birthday greeting and stamped the Wishes.
Thats all from me today and I hope yoiu all have a great day and Happy Creating!
Hello Everyone and Welcome to my Blog! I am so glad you have stopped by today. I am celebrating the New Gina K. Designs Release and let me tell you, there are so many fun and fabulous goodies I didn’t know where to start! ❤
I told you there were lots of Fabulous goodies! WOW!!! 🤩
Here are the cards I want to share made with these sets!
First up is Beautiful Birds by Melanie Muenchinger:
I can’t wait to use the Beautiful Birds in this set, but I was drawn to that Big Bird Nest with those beautiful eggs all nestled in, so that is where I started. After stamping the nest and coloring the eggs with copics, I used a few colored pencils to add more color to the nest. Ink Blending the sky and stamped the branch and flowers in Whisper then colored everything with copics.
Beautiful Birds
For this card I colored in Copic stamped the Nest in two colors and finished it with PrismaColor Pencils. Did a little Ink Blending on the background too. Here is a list of items used:
Next I couldn’t wait to make an Easter card for my Grandkids. The Some Bunny stamp set from Beth Silaika was just what I needed. I did a little ink blending for the sky and grass. The fence is one I have had in my stash that I did a little ink dragging and die cut then layered them up for a sturdy fence. I added a little flower from Lisa Hetrick’s Fearless Joy set.
Next up I have a card made with the beautiful set by Lisa Hetrick and I Love the name of this set. “Fearless Joy!”
I purposely stamped the flowers and their outline offset. I like that fun look and I cant wait to spend a little more time creating with this set. So many ideas so little time! 😊
Next I will share a Birthday card made with the Birth-flower set Peaceful Violets by Hannah Drapinski. I love that she is doing the Birth Month flowers. What a wonderful collection to have so yoiu always have the flower for someones birthday! 🥳
The next card is a 5 x 7 as the Image is Huge!!! I am so loving this set “Flowers For You” by Arjita Singh. I just had too watercolor this Gorgeous set of Flowers. It took a while but it is something I really enjoy watercoloring because it gives my mind a rest. ❤️ The Greetings and sentiments are perfect and this one is special as it is a Great reminder!
The products used are list here other than the Daniel Smith Watercolors used to paint with. You can use any watercolors you have or Check out the Facebook group Daniel Smith Watercolor Split Group.
I will have a blog post in a bit featuring the cards made with the New Forever Flowers Card Kit. This post was a bit long so I figure I will feature that separately!
Thank Yoiu so Much for stopping by and looking around!
I hope you have a great day and take a little time to get Inky!
I have really Enjoyed coloring these two Big and Beautiful Moths that are in this set Beautiful Wings set by Melanie Muenchinger. Here is a look at the set and Coordinating Dies
Both of these cards were colored with Faber Castell Polycromo Colored Pencils
I am new to these pencils and they have been looking at me from across my crafty room for a while, so I thought what a better time to pull them out and play. I have found with these I need to build more layers and that is what I will practice on going forward with these pencils. ❤
The first one, I checked out images on the net to get a good idea how it was colored. This is my version.
This Moth is HUGE! Here are the items used to make this card:
This is the second card using the Polycromo Color Pencils. It is a Fantasy Moth! I just wanted to do some blending with Blues Turquoise and Greens for this one. Then it was easy to make a ink blended background using my Gina K. Designs Inks for this card. I also wanted to lever the front clean and so I aded the greeting and sentiment all on the inside with a little decorating. 🙂
Here is a list of items used:
Thank you so much for stopping by and Have a Great Day! I hope you take a little time to get inky!

My second card uses the Beautiful Wings stamp set. Those moths and dragon flies are gorgeous and have been fun to color!
On this card and Envelope I used the following items:
Love this next set “Sweet” Those cookies can be used just a fabulous letters or decorated like the cookies they are! I fussy cut the heart cookie out with scissors. 🙂
The first card I used the new Master Layout Dies #4 and the background stamp in the Love at All Time stamp set. I had fun making this cookie image with the glossy top and all the bling added. The second card I did some heat embossing and watercoloring. The supplies below are for both cards. For the watercolor card I used Arches Cold press watercolor paper and Daniel Smith Watercolors.
Here is a List of supplies used!
Next card up is from the Heartfelt Bouquet stamp set:
Heartfelt Bouquet
Love these flowers! First one is watercolored using Arches Cold Press and Daniel Smith Watercolors. After coloring I had to add some splatters and black gems. The second card I Heat Embossed and did some ink blending. Well not really blending but used a blending brush to add color. ❤
Items used for both cards:
and for the second card:
For the last card on this release I used the “I Admire You” stamp set. Such Beautiful carnations.
Welcome to the Let’s Glow hop with Gina K Designs and Pear Blossom Press!
We’re sharing beautiful cards with a double-wow factor; they feature the beautiful stamps and dies you can only find from Gina K. Desigsn,
and they all light up! (Don’t worry, that part is easy with the help of Pear Blossom Press’ EZ-Lights.)
Be sure to hop along with us for lots of inspiration; our designers have come up with some gorgeous cards…
First Photo you can see the cool EZ-Light package from ( Pear Blossom Press) and this one has enough lights to make up to 5 cards. I am using Gina K. Designs Welcome Home stamp set and Coordinating Dies. Did a little Ink Blending on a panel for the background using Denim Blue, In the Navy, & Edible Eggplant. Used some white for the splatters. I Colored the House, Branch and Bird with Copics. I also stamped the Heart in Red Velvet Ink and hand wrote the push on there. Then I used a Versa Mark Marker and added Gina K. Designs Puffy White Embossing Powder to create the snow on the roof. Did a little arranging to see where I wanted the images to go. Once I decided I attached the Branch, and the bird. Poked the holes where I wanted the lights to come through.
***********
In the photo below I have added the twine, the Greeting that I stamped in Obsidian Amalgam Ink and attached it with Foam Squares that I cut in half. Then I poked a hole to mark where I wanted the button for the lights to go (This was just so I could tell from the back where to put it) . I then made two more holes where the birdhouse will go. I put one light through the first hole, you can see I am pointing to that little yellow dot. The two other lights are pulled through the bottom hole. (I’m putting those two lights in the birdhouse and the single one will be closer to the top of the birdhouse. ) Then I attached the heart with a piece of Foam Square and flipped the panel over and added the light mechanism over the hole I made. I used a piece of Terrific Tape to hold it in place. Next I used Foam Tape around the edges to pop up the panel and taped down the lights. It was so easy to do. 🙂
Here is my Finished Card
