Gina K. Designs Illustrator & Card Kit Blog Hop Day 2 October 2019

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Day 2 of our Gina K. Designs blog hop! ❤ You should have made it here from Cat’s Blog. She sure is a inspiration with all her fabulous cards! ❤ . Today we are featuring two new stamp sets. We have “You Being You” by: Lisa Hetrick and “You Warm My Heart” by: Hannah Drapinski. Both of these sets will make some fabulous cards for the holiday season and beyond.

Here are the cards I shared at the release party! ❤

Be sure to leave some love on the blogs for Your Chance to win a $50.00 Gift Card from Gina K. Designs. Are you ready to see some more cards made with these sets? First up I have a card using You Being You.

I used the Line art Flower to stamp in Embossing Ink for a tone on tone background panel. Stamped the Hoop in Warm Cocoa and stamped the Gauze Background stamp in Sandy Beach over it. I fussy cut this one out. Stamped the Flower and the Leaves. I used my Prismacolor Pencils to color in the flower. I wanted it to look like I stitched the petals on the flower.

You Being You!

Here are the Items used for this card! ❤

Next I used the Beautiful trees in the New Set You Warm My Heart:

I used my Rectangle Double Stitched Dies to cut a panel and masked off areas for my snow banks then stamped the trees and then Embossed the one tree in Silver and added a greeting at the bottom. Layered it all up on Silver Metallic Card Stock.

Supplies Used for this card are:

That is all from me today! Next up on the Hop is the Talented ( Sheri ) You will want to hop over and check out her beautiful creations! If you need to start over and missed something you can go to (Gina K.’s Blog Here)

Thank you all for stopping by and spending some time here today! If you haven’t shopped and need something you can find it Here. Hope you have a great day and get a little inky! 🙂 ❤ Much Love, Karen

Hello and Welcome to Karen's Creative Designs. I have been enjoying making cards for about 6 years now. I started out making Scrapbooks for the Grandkids. Searched You-Tube for techniques for background and found Gina K.Designs. I was hooked and just had to make cards! I have always been one to have a craft of some sort to do. I have done some crochet, jewelry making, pottery, cake making, ect.... you get the picture! I am hooked on card making and I love that it brings a smile to someones face when they receive a handmade card!
